Clinton Bonner:
There we go. Excellent. Let me just get your bio up on screen for me. Actually, one thing I do want to invest in is a second screen. I just never use mine-

Mark Searle:
Yeah. I know what you mean. I've kind of gone through that too where I'm like, "Yeah. I should just have..." and then I just never do it. Whenever I see anybody else that has it, I'm like, "Oh that would be killer." I get it.

Clinton Bonner:
Yeah. Literally, and I've worked in offices with people like, "How do you not have a second monitor?"And I'm just like, "Well, I just work from my laptop and that's it." But there are instances of like, "Oh that would be useful." And now that I'm doing more and more of this stuff, it probably would be... Maybe it's high time, but it's all good. All right. Cool. I'll dive in.

Mark Searle:
Cool, cool.

Clinton Bonner:
Welcome, everybody, to another episode of the Uprisor Podcast. I'm your host, Clinton Bonner. Uprisor is brought to you by TopCoder. I'm very excited to chat with you today. Well, I'll say that again. I'm very excited to introduce to you today... You know what? Actually, Mark, I don't know how to say your last name fully. Mark Searle?

Mark Searle:
You know what it is? The easiest way is like the first name Earl with an S in front of it. So it's actually Searle.

Clinton Bonner:
Searle. Okay. Thank you. Gotcha.

Mark Searle:
No problem.

Clinton Bonner:
Searle.

Mark Searle:
No, no. It's a totally fair question.

Clinton Bonner:
Makes sense. And I'm extremely excited to talk to Mark Searle today. Mark has got a really just cool, cool history. He's a fun guy. He's out in California, but he's done a lot, and we're going to kind of meander, and weave, and bob, and stick, and move, and talk, and talk about innovation, and talk about

talent as a service
